Why are you running?

I’m running for school committee to put my skills as a financial advisor to work for the community where my roots run three generations deep. The school committee carries serious responsibilities - managing taxpayer money wisely, ensuring legal compliance, and advocating for fairer funding from Beacon Hill. As a fiduciary, my entire career has focused on putting the people I serve first, that’s exactly what I’ll bring to the school committee and the education of our children.

Bio

Larry and his wife Becky Greene (Becky Mure to many in Wrentham) moved here in 2016 with their 2 year old, Kennedy, back to the town where Becky was born and raised. Since then, they have added Molly in 2017 and Delaney in 2021. The Greenes love the outdoors and you will often find Larry on the softball field in the spring, coaching his girls and their friends-the highlight of his season! He has been a volunteer and active presence in the schools since 2019, and last year his fellow parents elected him to serve on the school council. Larry is the lead financial advisor of a wealth management practice, a fiduciary, and a proud Wrentham dad and husband who is deeply committed to this community and the kids who grow up here.
