Why are you running?

I am running for a seat on the Wrentham Planning Board because I believe that my experience in local government has given me the know-how to help Wrentham grow thoughtfully and sensibly over the next decade.

Bio

Before moving to Wrentham in the spring of 2022, my family and I lived in Norwood where I served on the Board of Selectmen for six years. In that capacity, I worked with the Planning Board on a number of development-related matters, including zoning overlay district proposals that were brought before Town Meeting. One of those was an overlay district that was designed to encourage mixed use development in the downtown area, much like Wrentham’s Village Zone districts.

As a member of Wrentham’s Open Space committee and its Historical Commission, I know how deeply our citizens value the type of change that respects the town’s natural beauty and preserves its unique heritage.

I look forward to working with my colleagues on the Planning Board to guide the town’s growth through challenging times.
